Imperial College Health Centre is running a range of psychological health and development webinars for students studying at Imperial College, Royal College of Art and Royal College of Music.

The webinars delve into the psychology of each subject to help you understand the key principles and practical strategies for managing your health and making improvements.

The webinars are an excellent resource for improving your mental performance and giving you the skills to succeed for years to come. All webinars will be run online for this academic year and are free to attend. More information on each webinar and the registration form can be found below.
