  • South Kensington Campus (including Marsden and Brompton)
  • St Mary’s Campus
  • White City
  • Charing Cross & Hammersmith Campus (undergraduate and graduate medical students only)

Please click below and complete the online registration form.

Your home address post code will determine if you are eligible to register as a NHS patient or a NHS Out of Area patient. When you complete your online registration form (see blue button) you will be advised by email of your registration status.

You will be registered as an NHS patient if your current home address postcode begins with;

  • SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10
  • W1, W2, W4, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W14

  • NW1, NW3, NW5, NW8

*Not all of N1 is covered under the NHS

Most Imperial College Halls of Residence are within the NHS catchment area. If you wish to use our service and live within the above areas please register under the NHS as soon as possible.

If you are eligible to register and choose not to do so, you will not be able to access Health Centre services.

NHS Out of Area Patients (students)

If you do not live in one of the above postcodes but you are based at one of the above campuses you can still register as a NHS Out of Area patient and receive medical services during our core hours, if it is clinically appropriate and practical to do so, in your individual case.

We are not able to offer home visiting or out of hours care to our Out of Area patients, but you will have access to all of our other services.
