Patients who have been vaccinated in the UK can download the NHS App to access their Covid-19 Travel Pass.

Vaccinated abroad
If you have received one or both doses outside of the UK then the NHS app will not show this information. The NHS App is only able to certify for vaccines given in the UK. If required, you should contact the country the vaccine was issued in to request a copy of the certificate. Your GP can update your medical record but this will not affect the information in the App. The Practice is unable to issue travel certificates. Please contact 119 for further support.
Incorrect Information on the NHS App
