The Partners and the team at Imperial College Health Centre welcome you to our Practice.
We are a large General Practice situated in Central London. We provide primary care medical services for staff and students at Imperial College London and the Royal College of Music. We also have a small local resident patient population.
We are a training Practice. Dr Mark Daniels is our GP training lead. Our current GP Registrar is Dr Sophia Khan.

Patients’ Rights and Responsibilities
On registration you will be asked to sign a Patient/Practice Agreement which outlines what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Further copies are available from reception on request.
