When we are Closed

If you need to speak to a doctor urgently, when we are closed, please telephone 111. Please do not use this service, when we are open.

111 can give you telephone advice, arrange a prescription at a local pharmacy, arrange for you to be visited by a doctor or arrange for you to be seen at a nearby location. The service also lets the Health Centre know about your illness the next working day.

Extended hours and enhanced access

Bookable appointments with GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and for dressings are available at certain local surgeries, outside of our opening hours. Please telephone reception on 020 7584 6301 and one of our Patient Coordinators can provide further details and where appropriate, make you an appointment for these services.

When to go to A+E

A&E (accident and emergency) is for serious injuries and life-threatening emergencies only. It is also known as the emergency department or casualty. Life-threatening emergencies are different for adults and children. Please see the following for further guidance: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/urgent-and-emergency-care-services/when-to-go-to-ae/
