We are here to help and we welcome your ideas and comments. We actively promote the Family and Friends Test and we run regular surveys to try and improve our patient experience. We would appreciate your help in completing them.

The Health Centre has an in-house complaints procedure. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care, contact either one of the medical staff or the Practice Manager. Further information can be found on our complaints and comments leaflet.
