Patient Surveys

Imperial College Health Centre encourage feedback from our patients on their experience of using the services we offer. We utilise this information to identify areas for improvement and to implement new ideas.

A paper copy of our Patient Survey is available from reception at the health centre and an online survey can be completed on our website.

Surveys are reviewed quarterly and the latest results published. We also publish our action plan detailing current issues we are addressing and changes we intend to make.
