Smoking Cessation

Smoking Cessation

Smoking is one of the biggest causes of death and illness in the UK.

Every year around 100,000 people in the UK die from smoking, with many more living with debilitating smoking-related illnesses.

Smoking cessation means ‘to quit smoking’ or ‘withdrawal from nicotine’. Our smoking cessation advisor, Jay Aryanel, is available at the Health Centre every Monday afternoon. Appointments can be booked into the clinic without seeing a doctor or a nurse.
