Repeat Prescriptions
1 User Online

If you are on long-term medication, your doctor may agree to set up a repeat prescription list. This is a list of medications for which you can obtain a prescription without necessarily having an appointment each time. Requests for for these should be made via reception. Where possible, please use the repeat medication list your doctor gave you. Alternatively, a repeat prescription request form is available.

  • It takes 48hrs to process repeat prescription requests. Please be sure to apply for your medications in advance of running out.
  • We can only accept repeat prescription requests in writing (see above).
  • This system is only for requesting medication you and your doctors have agreed in advance.
  • You cannot use this system to obtain the contraceptive pill. You will need a routine appointment with the nurse (or doctor) for this.
  • After 3 repeat prescriptions you will need to see a doctor to review your medication, unless agreed otherwise.
