The Health Centre provides 24 hour care for its NHS registered patients.

Students/staff of Imperial College and the Royal College of Music can use the Health Centre during the day for general medical problems, but should call their own GP for non-urgent medical matters, home visits and out-of-hours requests.

All newly-registered patients are offered a basic medical examination.

Services

The Doctors and Nurses provide general medical care. Help is available for stress, study difficulties, pregnancy counselling and health promotion. A Consultant Psychiatrist and a Sports Physician attend weekly. Part-time Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Physiotherapists are also available.

Minor surgical procedures such as removal of warts, skin lumps and treatment for in-growing toe nails are available following consultation with the medical staff.

Examinations for employment, insurance, sports activities etc can be arranged by appointment. Please ask at reception. Standard fees may be charged.

Complementary medicine is also available, from private Practitioners working from the Health Centre acupuncture, aromatherapy, homeopathy, osteopathy and the Alexander Technique. Details available at reception.
Suggestions/Complaints/Medical Reports

The Health Centre has an in-house complaints procedure - contact a member of the medical staff or the Practice Manager, in the first instance. We welcome your comments, positive or otherwise, and provide a "suggestions box" at reception for this purpose.
Patients may see their medical records by asking at reception. If you wish to discuss your records please make an appointment with one of the Doctors.
