The Health Centre provides 24 hour care for its NHS registered patients in conjunction with the local after hours GP service.  Student and staff of Imperial College and the Royal College of Music and Local Residents are able to register on the NHS if within the practice area. (See details on registration page)

Non-NHS registered students of Imperial College and the Royal College of Music can use the Health Centre during the day Monday to Friday, but should call their own NHS GP service in the evenings and weekends.

(Non-NHS registered staff members of IC and RCM can access the health centre for urgent problems and for the travel service)

Services include:
 

The Doctors and Nurses provide general medical care. Help is available for stress, study difficulties, pregnancy counselling and health promotion.

A Consultant Psychiatrist and a Sports Physician attend weekly. Part-time Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Physiotherapists are also available. Access to these practioners is via referral from one of the medical staff.

Minor surgical procedures such as removal of warts, skin lumps and treatment for in-growing toe nails are available following consultation with the medical staff.

Examinations for employment, insurance, sports activities etc can be arranged by appointment. Please ask at reception. Standard fees will be charged for non-students.

Complementary therapies are also available from private practitioners working at the Health Centre. These include acupuncture/herbal medicine, chiropractic, osteopathy, Alexander technique teaching and aromatherapy massage. Suggestions/Complaints/Medical Reports  


The Health Centre has an in-house complaints procedure - please contact a member of the medical staff or the Practice Manager, in the first instance. We welcome your comments, positive or otherwise, and provide a "suggestions box" at reception for this purpose.

Patients may see their medical records by asking at reception. A hard copy of your medical records can be arranged (A fee is usually charged for this service).  If you wish to discuss your medical records please make an appointment with one of the Doctors.
