Imperial College Health Centre now offers online appointment booking with a program called EMIS Access.

With our new service, gone are the days of not being able to get through to us via telephone.  You don’t need the practice to be open to make an appointment – you can do it all online.

EMIS Access is quick and easy to use enabling you to view, book or cancel appointments – whatever time of the day or night.

Access also enables you to update contact details, such as address or telephone numbers, without having to come into the surgery.

To register to use this exciting new service, please complete the Application Form and bring in form to health centre. You can activate your own account once we have generated a PIN number for you.
