Counselling  

More information about the service is contained in the counselling page. This addresses some questions concerning typical student problems; what counselling involves; counselling provision at Imperial College; and it also contains an extensive list of London counselling centres.
Exam Stress Workshops  

The Health Centre runs Exam Stress Workshops each year, usually a few weeks before the Xmas and Easter breaks respectively. They require the completion and return of a questionnaire and then the workshop itself is held on a Wednesday afternoon. They are advertised in advance in Felix and various College noticeboards.
The exam stress page tells you about the workshop and how to apply for a place. It also offers information and advice about general self-help principles concerning stress management & study/work strategies
